New EU financial rules
The European Union has adopted a new set of financial rules to better use the EU funds in the 2007-2013 financial framework. These rules are aiming to simplify the access to funding and to reduce administrative procedures to the minimum. Willing to be transparent, the names of the beneficiaries of all EU funds will be made public, for the first time. Therefore, these new rules will provide better, simpler and more practical solutions for all those working with EU funds, while ensuring effective control over public spending.
