EFN EU Projects
Mobility of Health Professionals (MoHProf)
This 36 Months project, involving European & International Research Partners & International Organisations (International Hospital Federation (IHF), International Organization for Migration (IOM), European Federation of Nurses Associations (EFN), European Medical Association (EMA), Global Health Workforce Alliance (GHWA), International Council of Nurses (ICN), World Medical Association (WMA)), is aiming to investigate and analyse current trends of the mobility of health professionals, i.e. first of all nurses and doctors, to, from and within the European Union.
The EFN will take part in this project as member of the Advisory Board, and will be responsible for organising a debate with EU politicians and policy makers (12 November 2008).
This project should start in the beginning of 2009.
